Three functions, four offices. Most of these are office roles.
Customer sales representative
Quote freight, win it, and stay with the customer while it moves. You work a book of accounts, with the operations desk covering the loads behind you.

Source the truck, verify the carrier, build the route and the permits, and get the POD back. A good share of it is over-dimensional and heavy haul.
