Yes. On a permitted load we arrange permits state by state, and route surveys or escorts where a state asks for them. Tell us the dimensions when you request the quote and they are priced in rather than added afterwards.

Pick up and delivery, what the freight is, and the dimensions and weight. If it is permitted or hazmat, say so. Photos help when the shape is unusual.

Yes — that is the personal items request. It runs on the same equipment we use commercially, and the things that set the rate are whether it rolls, what is needed to load it, and the access at both ends.

The new customer application runs start to finish in a browser — entity details, billing contact and the agreement, signed without a PDF round trip.

You can. The application still submits, but nothing is in force until Patriot has reviewed and signed yours, so loads cannot be tendered against it before that.

Terms are part of the customer application. Give us three trade references you pay today; accounting calls them, and the decision follows payment history rather than the number you ask for.

Carrier setup takes eight fields. We verify authority, insurance and safety scores on our side before the first load, so nothing stalls when a load is ready to go.
